TERMS AND CONDITIONS: STANDARD SERVICE
- Five (5) business days for digitizing & five (5) business days for embroidery upon approval of logo sew-out or proof.
- All stitch counts rounded up to the nearest thousand.
- 4% damage allowance (Sew On & Sew 4th will issue a credit to your account for actual damaged garment cost over 4%.
- We are NOT responsible for embroidering on defective items or incorrect styles, colors, and sizes sent by vendors.
- New customers must pay C.O.D. for embroidery work and in advance for any digitizing services.
- Quantity for pricing purposes is determined by the number of pieces per design. Flats items and hats per design.
- Shirts and caps cannot be mixed for quantity discount.
- We are NOT responsible for the quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our digitizer.
- Backorders may be billed as new orders, based on applicable quantities for each separate production run.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CUSTOM SERVICE
- Custom orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order.
- A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders of over $100. The balance is due upon completion.
- Group orders require a single payment. This means that one person should collect all funds and submit a single credit card, chapter or company check for payment. Collection of payment from individuals negates the group discount. A custom order of four (4) or more of the same item is considered a group.
- Order will not be processed and materials will not be purchased until deposit is received.
- Order will be shipped after full payment is received.
- Allow at least two (2) weeks from time of deposit receipt for custom orders or discounted orders.
